- Confidential handling of access credentials
- Immediate reporting of security incidents

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using our services and will lead to the immediate termination of the business relationship:

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
No Guarantee of Success
AI systems cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
Performance Fluctuations
Performance may vary depending on data quality
Data Loss
Customer is responsible for data backup
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for damages arising from or in connection with the services is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
Exclusion of liability for:

- • Business interruptions
- • Data loss or corruption
- • Reputational damage
- • Consequential damages from AI decisions
- • Damages from third-party services
7. Termination of Contract
Termination Rights
Ordinary Termination
- 30-day notice period for both parties
- Written termination required
- Termination at the end of the billing period
Extraordinary Termination
- In case of serious contract violations
- In case of violation of usage terms
- Immediate effect without notice period
Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, we will cease providing the services and delete customer data according to legal retention periods. Services already rendered remain payable. Upon request, the customer will receive a copy of their data in a structured format.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law
All legal relationships between neural forgeech and our customers are subject exclusively to Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland. However, we prefer out-of-court solutions through mediation.
9. Final Provisions
Contract Amendments and Severability Clause
Changes to the T&C
We reserve the right to amend these T&C as needed. We will inform you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object within the deadline, the changes are considered approved.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these T&C be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Ineffective provisions will be replaced by legally permissible regulations that come closest to the originally intended purpose.
Entire Agreement
These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and neural forgeech. There are no oral side agreements. Amendments must be in writing.
